1. Why should I order online?

A. College store customers have told us that there are times when it would be very convenient for them to be able to place orders with us online. We are pleased to offer this service. Stores have indicated that this will be especially helpful for late faculty requisitions and for reorders. We expect that stores will check the availability of titles on our web site and then simply place those researched titles into a shopping cart for instant ordering.

2. How do I indicate shipping instructions for my online order?

A. Your order will automatically be shipped according to the freight instructions we have on file for your account. Any special instructions or promotional codes should be indicated under "Special Instructions". For deferred shipments only, indicate a shipping date in the space provided.

3. How do I know that I will be invoiced at Net Price for my online order?

A. All college stores automatically receive net price regardless of the order method.

4. Will I receive an order confirmation?

A. Yes. You will receive an initial email message confirming your order and notification of any backorders with availability dates when available. The shipment confirmation number will be sent by email when the order ships. If any restrictions would cause an item to cancel (rights restrictions, substitutions and out-of-prints), a warning message will show in the shopping cart and the item will be removed before you place your order. If the New Edition will be substituted, a message will appear to notify you.

5. How do I know the products that I wish to order are available?

A. The title research and the online ordering functions will show you price and availability. The in-stock date for any "not yet published" titles and "out-of-stock" titles will appear if available.

6. What will the turn-around time be on my order?

A. The turn-around time is the same no matter how you place your order (online, mail, PUBNET, phone or fax).
